My artistic journey began in 2002 as a VJ, where I honed my craft in live video mixing and experimental video art across over 170 performances in diverse settings, from theatres to fashion shows. My art transcends the conventional, merging the real with the digital in live settings to evoke deep emotional responses. Works include live projections created for contemporary classical composer Kynan Robinson's Solo in Red and Andrea Keeble's Suite Actuality. Design, production and live mixing for Rebecca Russel and Ken Evans productions Demolish and Grasslands, both large-scale live art pieces in regional Victoria, Australia.
Beyond the stage, my expertise as a digital leader enriches my artistic work, creating a unique synergy between professional achievements and creative endeavours. My recent engagement with artificial intelligence, ethical frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives reflects a commitment to using technology purposefully and have enabled deep explorations of technology, ethics and art. This commitment is mirrored in my art, where technology serves as both a medium and a message, exploring human experience and connectivity. My video work is emotive and rich with a complex blend of real and digital footage greatly enhanced by its being performed live.
